A transfer is a roster move — a player joining, leaving or switching organisation. Each one is recorded as the sync sees the change, since the upstream feed keeps no history.

How are esports roster transfers detected?
No transfer feed is published upstream, so a move is recorded here when a player is seen on a different team between two syncs: a join, a departure, or a move.
How fresh is the transfer list?
Rows land as the hourly sync sees them, and any arriving while the page is open are counted in the header. Reloading folds those into the list itself.
